Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By using CosmosVault you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
CosmosVault lets you capture and browse personal memories and use Iris (AI) with optional web search grounding and advertising on the free tier. Your vault stays on your device.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you add. You must have rights to your content and use the app lawfully.
4. AI
AI output may be wrong or incomplete. Not professional advice. You choose when to send data to AI features.
5. Free tier, ads & quotas
Basic users may see banner and in-list ads and rewarded videos to unlock AI uses. Pro removes display ads and provides a daily AI allowance as shown in the app and App Store. Circumventing quotas or ads violates these Terms.
6. CosmosVault Pro
Auto-renewing monthly subscription via Apple (com.cosmosvault.app.pro.monthly). Manage in Apple ID Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple policy. Prices shown in the App Store are authoritative.
7. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
